Hi! My name is Alina and I am a children's book illustrator.

I went to the University of Hartford Art School in Connecticut and graduated in 2016 for illustration and art history.

Belonging to the adoptee community has shaped my perspective as an illustrator.

I think my cute style plays a role in being a fun and relatable visual language to aid in delving into big emotions and feelings. I hope to create books that children of all backgrounds can connect with, especially to those who carry a unique story themselves. 

I have worked with a few self-published authors on their picture books and take pride in producing high quality, digital illustrations meeting tight deadlines, and bringing a client's vision to life.
